This is in a covered "courtyard" sort of thing behind Z'otz coffee house / cyber cafe on Oak street way uptown. Many areas behind bars / shops / coffee houses have areas in the back that are kind of outside but kind of not.13Jan09:
It finally occurred to me to look at the paper on the wall.
